We are delighted to guide you through a simple, transparent, and student-friendly Admission Process for the academic session 2025-26.

📝 Step-by-Step Admission Process

  1. Online Registration |

All interested candidates must first register online through our official portal:

👉 Registration is mandatory for all applicants.

  1. Eligibility Check |

Each course has specific eligibility criteria:

  • BBA / BCA / : 10+2 (Intermediate) from a recognized board with minimum 45% marks.
  • MBA: Graduation in any stream with minimum 50% marks (45% for reserved category as per norms).
  • Other Courses: As per guidelines of Aryabhatta Knowledge University (AKU) / relevant authority.

Note: Candidates must upload all necessary academic documents during online registration.

  1. Document Verification |

After successful registration, students will be called for document verification at the college campus or regional center.

Required documents:

  • Marksheet of Class 10th & 12th
  • Graduation Marksheet (for PG courses)
  • Transfer Certificate (TC)
  • Migration Certificate
  • Caste Certificate (if sc/st)
  • Aadhar Card
  • Passport Size Photos
  • UTR Number / Payment Proof
  1. Counseling & Seat Allotment |

Once verification is done, shortlisted students will be invited for counseling. On the basis of:

  • Academic performance
  • Availability of seats
  • Reservation policy

Candidates will be allotted a seat in their preferred course.

  1. Fee Submission |

After seat allotment, students need to submit the prescribed admission fee through:

  • Online Payment (Net Banking / UPI / Debit-Credit Card)
  • Offline (at college counter)

UTR Number / Transaction ID must be shared for confirmation.

  1. Final Admission Confirmation |

On successful fee payment, admission will be confirmed and:

  • Admission receipt will be issued
  • Class schedule and orientation details will be provided
  • Student ID and ERP login will be activated

  • Admission is first-come, first-served basis (subject to seat availability).
