The Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Your College is a rigorous, full-time two-year programme structured across 4 semesters. It combines a strong theoretical foundation with practical exposure through live projects, internships, case studies, guest lectures and corporate immersion programmes.
Our MBA curriculum is regularly updated in consultation with industry experts and aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP 2020). Graduation: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BA, B.Com, B.Sc., BBA, BCA, B.Tech or equivalent) from a UGC-recognised university.
Minimum Marks: Minimum 50% aggregate marks in graduation. For SC/ST/OBC candidates: 45% as per government norms.
Entrance Exam: Valid score in College Test Exam.
Work Experience: Not mandatory but preferred. Candidates with 1-2 years of work experience given additional weightage in selection.
Final Year Students: Students appearing in final year examination may also apply, subject to fulfilling eligibility at time of admission.

You will learn to attract, develop, motivate and retain talent, and drive organizational transformation through people-centric strategies. This specialisation covers both classical HR practices and modern digital HR tools.
The Healthcare & Hospital Management (HCHM) specialisation prepares future managers for India's rapidly growing healthcare sector — one of the largest industries with a projected market. Students learn hospital administration, health economics, healthcare policy and patient management from both operational and strategic perspectives.
The Marketing Management specialisation builds expertise in creating, communicating and delivering value to customers.
