The IQAC successfully prepared and submitted the first AQAR to NAAC. A comprehensive student feedback mechanism was launched, and the first Faculty Development Program (FDP) was organized with participation from 40+ faculty members.
The IQAC successfully transitioned all quality monitoring activities to online mode during the pandemic. Virtual FDPs, online student surveys, and digital academic audits were conducted. Feedback was collected digitally ensuring continuity of quality processes.
A thorough audit of all physical and digital infrastructure was conducted. Recommendations for upgradation of computer labs, library resources, and smart classroom systems were implemented. Alumni feedback integration into curriculum design was formalized.
IQAC facilitated the establishment of a dedicated Research and Innovation Cell. Faculty members were encouraged and supported to publish research papers in peer-reviewed journals. A student research exhibition was launched as an annual event.
The IQAC intensified NAAC preparation activities, completing the Self Study Report (SSR) documentation. Comprehensive mapping of all seven criteria was undertaken. Stakeholder meetings, outcome-based education implementation, and quality benchmarking were completed.
The current academic year focuses on sustaining and improving quality across all departments. The IQAC is conducting bi-annual academic audits, quarterly feedback reviews, and monthly committee meetings to ensure the institution remains on its path of excellence.
